Provide end to end leadership for the APAC rollout of the LoanIQ platform, acting as a
bridge between Operations/Business needs and Technology. The role is responsible for
sharing the target operating model (TOM), ensuring robust governance, and coordinating
operational validation to deliver a solution that is fit-for-purpose, scalable and complaint
with evolving regulatory expectations. As a first step, the PM will be intended to coordinate
the framing study of LIQ project in APAC and maintain a continuous alignment between
local, regional and central stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Program Governance
• Establish and chair governance forums with the different stakeholders aligned with
the project organisation
• Define, implement and monitor a control framework that drives adoption, mitigates
risk and ensures accountability across all stakeholders
• Translate high level business objectives into clear, actionable workstreams and
deliverables
• Track key performance indication (KPIs), milestones and issue resolution logs;
provide transparent reporting to senior management
Process
• Act as the central point of contact for all stakeholder groups (Operations, Front
Office, IT, Compliance, Finance, Senior Management, etc.)
• Manage expectations, negotiate priorities and secure timely decisions in a nonhierarchical environment.
• Lead workshops with Operations and Business to define the operational process, in
alignment with LOAN IQ functionalities and the Corporate Credit target operating
model (Credit TOM) of the Bank
• Define and implement with Operations and Business the migration strategy and
plan, considering the technical constraints
• Participate and contribute to legal and compliance assessments with local sties;
raise issues early and secure sign offs from the appropriate validation bodies
• Lead SLA and NAC
IT Solutioning
• Work with IT on configuration book setup and coordination of IT development
requirements.
• Lead UAT activities, user training, and deployment support.
• Validate the configured LoanIQ solution fits the defined TOM and complies with
operational, credit-risk, accounting, payment and treasury expectations
Skillset & Expertise Required
• 10-15 years of senior level program or project management experience, preferably
within global bank environments and proven track record related to LIQ deployment
• Experience in designing and delivering change management programs, including
training and migration strategies
• Strong experience in operational processes and process reengineering
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities
• Good knowledge of end-to-end processes with a focus on credit operations
• Good functional grasp of banking products and the impact of technology solutions
on operations; ability to evaluate architecture without being a developer
• Solid understanding of LOAN IQ solutions (including end user impact)
• A good of corporate banking loan products, including credit risks, accounting,
payments, and treasury impacts
• Ability to work effectively in a non-hierarchical environment with various
stakeholders (Operations/IT SMEs, Business, Senior Management)
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy in a challenging environment
• Ability to think creatively and navigate novel situations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• French speak a plus
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Organised and delivery-focused, with attention to detail
• Proactive, proposing or taking own initiatives to prevent risks and manage issues
• Strong work ethic and high motivation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Based in Singapore and working onsite at BNPP premise
