About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant/ Specialist to support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions across various business functions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, configure SAP modules, and deliver end-to-end solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Configure and customize SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, FI, CO, HCM, SuccessFactors, REFX, PS, BW, ABAP) according to business needs.

• Participate in the full project lifecycle: blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure integration across SAP modules and third-party systems.

• Perform system testing, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and process flows.

• Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure system stability and performance.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation within SAP.

• Stay updated with SAP best practices, new releases, and emerging technologies (S/4HANA, Fiori, Cloud solutions, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

• 3–10 years of SAP functional or technical experience in one or more core modules (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, HCM, SuccessFactors, REFX, PS, etc.).

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and integration points within SAP.

• Proven experience in configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects is an advantage.

• SAP certification(s) preferred.
   

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Fiori, BTP, or SAP Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities: 

• Support the development and enhancement of digital product features and customer-facing system modules across multiple channels.

Qualifications: 

• At least 3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Product Owner role within digital product or technology delivery environments within Banking, Financial Services industries

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience delivering solutions using agile methodologies.
