Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from strategy to closing, including complex negotiations and client engagement.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline while identifying new business opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product and service delivery with client needs.
- Introduce sales innovations and process improvements to drive competitive advantage.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, with a consultative and value-driven approach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or relevant sales certifications (CSP, CSEP) is a plus.
- At least 15 years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within IT services. Systems Integrator and solutions.
- Strong exposure to enterprise technology offerings and Singapore Market.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, win new logos, and grow existing accounts.
- Experience in driving RFPs, managing complex sales cycles, and creating winning deal strategies.
- Confident communicator, team collaborator, and strategic thinker.
- A proactive, hunter mindset and a passion for staying ahead of market trends and technologies.
