Our client is looking for a Vendor Project Coordinator experienced in the entertainment / broadcasting industries.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Partner Management team in building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and escalating issues as needed.
- Help track and monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics and service level agreements (SLAs). Assist in the collection and analysis of performance data and the preparation of performance reports.
- Support the identification and assessment of potential risks associated with existing vendors and assist in the implementation of risk mitigation strategies
- Serve as project manager for business priorities involving externalized workflows in APAC, including roadmap definition with clear deliverables and owners, coordination with internal/external stakeholders, execution and implementation.
- Identify critical business blockers, risks or dependencies that will impact the success of your projects
- Gather and provide project context to influence cross-functional stakeholders in solving these blockers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's, or Master’s degree, with a focus on business, operations, procurement, project or vendor management
- At least 5 years of project management experience in localization or broadcasting industry
- At least 3 years of vendor management experience, ideally working with vendors globally distributed
- Working knowledge of localization or broadcasting industries
- Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Able to understand and navigate the local nuances of a business in a global company
- Able to work on multiple projects in parallel and pivot quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Bias to action, proactive & innovative by nature
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in Korean and English, Japanese a plus. This will be working with vendors and internal stakeholders in the Korean market, and are primarily Korean-speaking.
This is a contract role based in Singapore.
