A leading global technology business is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to support its APAC sales and marketing teams across regional campaign execution and pipeline-focused initiatives.
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position, subject to performance and business needs.
This is an operationally focused role responsible for ensuring field marketing programs run smoothly across APAC. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate campaigns, events, and field activities that support customer engagement and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of regional field marketing programs across APAC.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, sales initiatives, and customer engagement activities.
- Manage campaign and event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, venue arrangements, travel, and marketing materials.
- Partner closely with sales teams to support pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
- Prepare and distribute sales and marketing assets for regional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate campaign data within marketing systems, CRM platforms, and reporting trackers.
- Support campaign tracking, performance reporting, budget monitoring, and spend documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure programs are delivered smoothly and on time.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal processes, brand standards, and regional guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, or a related role.
- Prior field marketing experience within SaaS, enterprise technology, or another fast-paced regional business is preferred.
- Strong organisational, time management, and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail when managing data, budgets, timelines, and campaign logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and marketing tools.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, operations, and external vendors.
- A proactive, hands-on, and reliable team player who is comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- APAC market experience would be an advantage.
- Korean language proficiency would be beneficial due to the markets covered.
