In this role, you will analyze content and apply metadata descriptor tags to licensed television series, specials, and movies serving 200+ million users globally. You will be responsible for tagging, researching, and enhancing metadata for the catalog at scale and velocity, maintaining the highest quality standards in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

This is a global team with regional specialization — you will be expected to bring broad knowledge of movies and TV shows from across the region and the world, with a particular focus and in-depth knowledge of the Thai entertainment landscape and its current trends.

What You Will Do

• Watch, research, tag, and annotate licensed, pre-buy, and original content
• Support quality assurance of title work fulfilled by vendors
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of content metadata
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of all assigned projects

What We Are Looking For

• Fluent in Thai
• Genuinely passionate about movies and TV with a deep understanding of genres, verticals, and content classification
• Able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-moving, professional environment

Nice to Have

• Demonstrable experience in movie and TV editorial at a streaming platform, consumer outlet, or similar
• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus

What you'll do:

• Handle privacy-related inquiries and requests from Korean-speaking users
• Ensure accurate processing of sensitive information and records
• Support investigations, audits, and compliance-related activities
• Track inquiry trends and prepare reports for stakeholders
• Assist with privacy incident reporting and escalation processes when required

What we're looking for:

• Native-level Korean and professional English communication skills
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, compliance, privacy operations, or a similar administrative role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
• Comfortable using office applications and learning new internal systems
• Available to work Korean business hours (KST)

Nice to have:

• Experience in privacy, data protection, or regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of data subject rights and privacy regulations
• Exposure to global technology environments
• Familiarity with PIPA or other data protection frameworks

This is a 12 month contract role based in Singapore.
