You will be part of a team responsible for delivering and enhancing retirement and custody‑related applications, working closely with product owners, architects, and fellow engineers in a modern agile setup.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable mainframe applications
- Contribute to architecture and application design decisions
- Develop and support Batch and CICS applications
- Participate fully in agile scrum ceremonies
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, architecture, and engineering
- Uphold high standards in code quality, security, automation, and maintainability
- Support continuous improvement and engineering best practices
Required Experience & Skills
- 8+ years of professional software design and development experience
- Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related discipline
- Strong hands‑on experience with mainframe technologies, including COBOL, DB2, CICS, COBOL Stored Procedures, and Native Stored Procedures
- Proven experience developing and deploying Batch and CICS applications
- Solid understanding of mainframe tooling such as ENDEVOR, FILE‑AID, ABEND‑AID, and CONTROL‑M
- Experience working in an agile / scrum environment
- Demonstrated track record of successful product delivery
