Hardware Design Engineer Lead

Requirements:

  • 7–15 years of hands-on experience in server or data-center hardware design at a Principal level, with end-to-end delivery of high-performance AI or server platforms, with a focus on either CPU, GPU, or Power.
  • For CPU: proven expertise in high-speed signal- and power-integrity analysis and ≥24-layer server-platform PCB design.
  • For GPU: hands-on discrete-GPU board design with thermal and power optimization plus performance validation.
  • For Power: deep experience in server power architecture, VRM design, power sequencing, and load/transient testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full hardware lifecycle—from component selection and schematic capture through PCB layout, bring-up, root-cause analysis, and corrective iterations—while authoring detailed test plans and technical documentation.
  • Proficient with industry-standard ECAD tools (e.g., Cadence Allegro/OrCAD), SI/PI/EMC simulation suites, and lab instrumentation (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, electronic loads, etc.) to ensure EMI/EMC compliance and key performance metric validation.
  • Strong background in server or data-center hardware from leading OEMs.
