We’re seeking a User Experience (UX) Researcher to join a global product team focusing on driving human-centered research that shapes digital products used by millions across APAC and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to uncover insights that guide product design, development, and strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product, design, engineering, and analytics to identify areas where research can make the biggest impact.
  • Design and run studies using appropriate methods for each question, ranging from fieldwork and interviews to usability sessions and concept testing.

  • Testing & Validation:
