THIS IS A 9-MONTH MATERNITY COVER POSITION

We’re seeking a User Experience (UX) Researcher to join a global product team focusing on driving human-centered research that shapes digital products used by millions across APAC and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to uncover insights that guide product design, development, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product, design, engineering, and analytics to identify areas where research can make the biggest impact.
• Design and run studies using appropriate methods for each question, ranging from fieldwork and interviews to usability sessions and concept testing.
• Translate findings into clear insights and practical recommendations that influence decisions at product and strategy levels.
• Represent the voice of customers and partners in diverse APAC markets, ensuring cultural and market nuances are reflected in design outcomes.
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple projects in parallel, balancing immediate needs with long-term research roadmaps.
• Partner with external agencies or vendors where needed to support regional or multi-market initiatives.
• Share learnings across teams and contribute to a strong research culture that values collaboration, evidence-based thinking, and curiosity.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human-behaviour-related field (e.g. Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, or related discipline).
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in applied product or UX research.
• Demonstrated expertise in qualitative methods such as interviews, usability testing, and concept evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil complex insights for non-research audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
• Strong track record of turning research outcomes into clear product or design recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant Behavioural or social science field.
• 5+ years of applied research experience across digital products or platforms.
• Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.
• Experience collaborating with product development or marketing teams within digital, tech, or financial services sectors.
• Exposure to multi-market research within APAC and experience managing vendor-led projects.

• Infrastructure Design & Deployment:
  Assess, design, and implement on-premises servers and AWS Cloud infrastructure. Conduct site surveys across client data centres and offices to determine network, rack space, and power requirements.
• Documentation & Planning:
  Prepare detailed Site Deployment and Network Traffic Routing Designs for on-premises and AWS environments, outlining configuration, routing, and connectivity requirements.
• Coordination & Delivery:
  Work with hardware vendors and project managers to plan, schedule, and oversee equipment delivery and installation.
• Network & Security Integration:
  Design and implement network routing between AWS VPCs, on-premises data centres, and external partners. Configure firewalls, VPNs, and network appliances (NVAs, NGFWs) to support secure traffic flow.
• Observability & Monitoring:
  Collaborate with Technical Architecture and Security teams to integrate infrastructure components and network devices with Dynatrace SaaS for observability and SNMP monitoring.
• Infrastructure Operations:
  Manage infrastructure services, including firewall configurations, user access, key/certificate management, patching, and compliance. Lead transition from previous infrastructure providers where applicable.
• Testing & Validation:
  Perform connectivity, routing, and integration tests across AWS, MPLS, and on-premises environments to ensure system reliability and performance.

• Strong expertise in AWS networking (VPC, Direct Connect, routing) and on-premise network design.
• Experience with infrastructure transition, monitoring (Dynatrace), and automation tools.
• Familiarity with security controls, ITIL processes, and cross-team collaboration.

We are supporting a key telecommunications client in Zurich who is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to manage all spare part areas for CTO and B2B environments. This role is essential to maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring optimal inventory levels across business units.

In this position, you will be responsible for defining safe and optimal stock targets, reviewing spare part portfolios and maintenance contracts, and optimizing reporting and tooling to support service management. You will oversee RMA flows and align with sustainability guidelines for obsolete stock. Additionally, you will define KPIs and establish feedback cycles with business stakeholders to continuously improve performance and quality.

To be successful, you should bring strong knowledge of spare part management, a solid understanding of network-related parts, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, self-driven working style combined with strong change management capability is essential.

This is a 6-month contract, starting before December 2025, based in Zurich with a 100% workload.

Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is required.

We are currently supporting one of our clients in the search for an experienced Cloud Security Specialist focused on Microsoft 365 and Identity solutions to help secure and optimize large-scale cloud environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing cloud security controls within Microsoft 365 environments. You will lead workshops and assessments covering data protection, compliance, threat detection, and email security. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help develop and deploy cloud security strategies aligned with regulatory standards and business objectives.

A major part of your role will involve integrating Microsoft 365 security tools including Purview, Defender 365, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Exchange Online Protection - alongside identity and access management solutions such as Microsoft Entra, SailPoint, and CyberArk.

• Familiarity with platform tooling, i.e. support dashboards, user analytics, internal operation systems, etc.
• Experience working with token listings, campaign operations, or KOL/influencer networks, ideally with a background supporting institutional or high-value clients
• Familiarity with trading workflows, user segmentation, or VIP lifecycle strategies.
