Role Overview
This person will sit at the intersection of the global head office, the regional APAC office, and the local Hong Kong/Taiwan team — making sure work happening at the regional and local level stays aligned, and keeping central teams updated on how implementation is progressing.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate the local rollout of the above group-wide initiatives
• Serve as the main point of contact linking global HQ, the APAC regional office, and the local team
• Keep regional and local workstreams moving in sync with each other
• Provide regular progress updates to the global/central team
• Build and maintain relationships across all parties involved in the projects
• Keep stakeholders engaged and supportive from project kickoff through to completion

roject Manager – Business Restructuring

Overview:
A compact team is going through an operational restructuring aimed at improving how the business runs day to day. We're looking for a Project Manager who can steer this transition from start to finish, balancing regulatory diligence with hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review the planned changes through multiple lenses before they're rolled out:
  • From the customer's side — check that any shift complies with insurance rules in the market, particularly around how and when customers are informed or asked for consent, depending on the product line involved
  • From the partner's side — confirm the changes hold up against local insurance requirements, and advise on how much detail should reasonably be shared with external partners
  • From a compliance standpoint — make sure the broader restructuring fits within what regulators expect locally
• Spot potential roadblocks early and keep the rollout moving in step with the agreed local timeline
• Take ownership of how the project is run overall — this covers keeping stakeholders aligned, setting up the project's structure, drafting and maintaining the restructuring roadmap, and staying in close contact with local representatives throughout

We are looking for a Spot Buyer for one of our clients in the private banking industry in Zurich, Switzerland, for a contract role running from 17.08.2026 until 30.06.2027 with a 60% workload.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day procurement operations across Switzerland and EMEA.

You will be responsible for maintaining supplier data within procurement platforms, managing purchase orders, obtaining and negotiating quotations, supporting contract preparation and execution, and assisting internal stakeholders and suppliers with procurement-related queries.

You will also help manage procurement tools and catalogues, while contributing to user training and process improvements.

If you have initial experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain or logistics, enjoy working in a structured and analytical way, and are confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, this could be the right opportunity for you.

Strong MS Office skills, a proactive mindset, negotiation abilities, and very good German alongside good English are essential.

We are looking for an SAP Ariba Upstream Configuration Specialist for one of our clients within the banking industry, for an exciting role on a large-scale Source-to-Pay transformation programme.

In this role, you will take ownership of configuring and building upstream procurement processes across SAP Ariba, covering Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Sourcing, and Contracts.

You will translate business requirements and global process designs into live system configuration – shaping workflows, approval structures, and core logic that drive the platform.

Working closely with the SAP integration team, you will ensure seamless alignment with SAP S/4HANA, contributing to a well-integrated and scalable system landscape.

Beyond the technical build, you will play a key role in guiding procurement and business stakeholders through the transformation journey, helping them adopt new processes and ensuring alignment across functions such as HR, Finance, Legal, IT, and Risk.

You will also establish governance frameworks, define configuration standards, and act as a subject matter expert within the programme.

Senior DevOps Engineer

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our client's team and help design, automate and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You'll work closely with engineering teams to improve deployment processes, infrastructure automation and platform reliability in a cloud-native environment.
