We’re partnering with a leading global organisation in the payments and technology space to hire a Technology Program Manager to support a high-profile European regulatory portfolio. This role will play a key part in driving delivery, strengthening governance, and ensuring alignment across complex, cross-functional initiatives. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across technology, risk, security, and regulatory teams while supporting critical programmes such as DORA BAU transition and PISA mobilisation.

Core Responsibilities

• Support Delivery Leads and Project Leads in coordinating programme management activities across the portfolio
• Drive day-to-day delivery progress, ensuring plans, milestones, and dependencies are tracked effectively
• Lead PMO activities, including governance, reporting, and programme coordination
• Prepare and manage governance forums (agendas, minutes, action tracking)
• Consolidate and communicate programme status updates, risks, and key insights
• Support the transition of DORA into BAU and ongoing operational activities
• Contribute to the mobilisation and setup of PISA initiatives
• Engage with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Security, Regulatory, and other key functions to ensure alignment and progress

Key Skills Required

• Strong programme management experience within technology or regulatory environments
• Proven ability in stakeholder engagement, including working with senior and cross-functional teams
• Solid PMO expertise, particularly in governance, reporting, and delivery coordination
• Financial Services experience is a big plus
• Dora experience to help assist with BAU
• PISA experience would be hugely beneficial too
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Experience managing delivery plans, risks, and dependencies
• Proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments

We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to support financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning across this clients growing global payments infrastructure business. This six-month remote contract role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and drive process improvements for RTP programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners across functions to deliver financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities
• Analyse revenue streams and expense categories, with particular focus on workforce-related costs
• Identify and implement cost efficiency opportunities while enhancing financial processes and controls
• Prepare and present product-level financial performance reports, including variance analysis against budgets and business cases
• Coordinate with Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and regional finance teams to ensure alignment on financial deliverables

Essential Skills

• Proven ability to operate effectively within complex, matrixed organisations with geographically distributed teams
• Strong financial modelling capabilities combined with experience in budgeting, planning, and scenario analysis
• Capacity to shift between strategic, executive-level thinking and detailed analytical work

Corporate Actions Analyst
The Corporate Actions Analyst is responsible for the daily processing associated with Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions. The successful candidate will assist with co-ordinating the flow of required information between various stakeholders, including the Front Office, Portfolio Managers, Fund Accounting, Treasurer’s Offices and Custodian banks.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of relevant Financial Services experience
• Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions processing experience preferable
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

The Purpose of Your Role
The Global Corporate Actions team is responsible for all aspects of Corporate Actions processing. This includes Income, Mandatory and Voluntary events. The Corporate Actions Analyst is responsible for the daily tasks associated with processing Corporate Actions. This includes fulfilling the departments policies associated with corporate actions reporting and data management. Ideal candidates will have a background in either software engineering or systems engineering with a desire to learn the other or previous experience as an SRE. The Expertise We’re Looking For 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology related field (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) required, Master’s degree a plus
• 4+ years of hands-on experience deploying and/or supporting highly distributed multi-tiered systems at scale.
