Financial Planning and Analysis Manager - Global Payments Company

We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to support financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning across this clients growing global payments infrastructure business. This six-month remote contract role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and drive process improvements for RTP programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners across functions to deliver financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities
• Analyse revenue streams and expense categories, with particular focus on workforce-related costs
• Identify and implement cost efficiency opportunities while enhancing financial processes and controls
• Prepare and present product-level financial performance reports, including variance analysis against budgets and business cases
• Coordinate with Controllership, Tax, Treasury, and regional finance teams to ensure alignment on financial deliverables

Essential Skills

• Proven ability to operate effectively within complex, matrixed organisations with geographically distributed teams
• Strong financial modelling capabilities combined with experience in budgeting, planning, and scenario analysis
• Capacity to shift between strategic, executive-level thinking and detailed analytical work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Degree in finance or accounting, ideally supplemented by experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or similar enterprise financial systems

You must be based in Ireland to undertake this role, and this client cannot offer sponsorship; therefore a Stamp 1G or Stamp 4 visa, or a EU passport is required.

Corporate Actions Analyst
The Corporate Actions Analyst is responsible for the daily processing associated with Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions. The successful candidate will assist with co-ordinating the flow of required information between various stakeholders, including the Front Office, Portfolio Managers, Fund Accounting, Treasurer’s Offices and Custodian banks.

The Expertise We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of relevant Financial Services experience
• Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Actions processing experience preferable
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

The Purpose of Your Role
The Global Corporate Actions team is responsible for all aspects of Corporate Actions processing. This includes Income, Mandatory and Voluntary events. The Corporate Actions Analyst is responsible for the daily tasks associated with processing Corporate Actions. This includes fulfilling the departments policies associated with corporate actions reporting and data management. The successful applicant will interact with many groups within the Fidelity organization and represent the business to customers and business partners.

Senior Technical Project- Delivery Manager / Dublin / Contract / Hybrid

• Manage multiple complex technology projects through the full development lifecycle

Data Analyst / Permanent / Dublin / Hybrid

For our client, a leading company in the financial services industry, we are looking for a Data Analyst to join a dynamic Operations & Corporate Services team.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality reference and pricing data across trading, operations, and regulatory processes within a global financial services environment.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reference and pricing data
• Perform data analysis and root cause investigations related to data quality issues
• Support and lead initiatives around data ingestion, analysis, and reporting
• Act as a subject matter expert and support escalations with senior stakeholders
• Monitor KPIs and identify process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with business and technology teams across a matrix environment
• Maintain documentation related to data lineage and system functionality

• 3+ years of experience in data or business analysis
• Strong understanding of Equities, Fixed Income, and Options
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large relational databases
• Exposure to cloud technologies (e.g. AWS) and Python is an advantage
• Familiarity with market data providers (e.g. Bloomberg, ICE, Refinitiv) is a plus
