Position: Senior / C++ Developer (HFT LL) 

Location: ShenZhen, China 

Qualities of Ideal Candidates:

  1. Experience: At least 3 to 5 years or more of experience in C++ programming.
  2. Skills:
  3. Proficient in C++ and Python.
  4. Good understanding of Linux, networking, and computer systems.
  5. Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a well-known university.
  6. Low Latency Knowledge: Understanding of low-latency technologies; experience with Linux kernel, cache optimization, low-latency NIC, or FPGA programming is a plus.
  7. Attention to Detail: Focus on writing clean and efficient code.

  • Build and maintain high-frequency trading systems for stocks, futures, and options on various exchanges in China and around the world.

A leading global reinsurance organization in Zurich is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic Finance Transformation program, focused on building a new technical accounting integration platform and modern Finance Target Architecture based on Azure Databricks.

 

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineers, and finance teams to analyze complex data flows, capture business requirements, and translate them into high-quality technical specifications. You will play a key role in delivering a modern, scalable integration solution that replaces a legacy platform and enables end-to-end finance data flows.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving Finance IT business analysis to support the implementation of the Finance Target Architecture (Azure Databricks)
  • Analyzing and specifying complex integration requirements for technical accounting systems
  • Working closely with business stakeholders to capture and document business needs
  • Translating business requirements into implementable user stories and work items in Azure DevOps
