Role: SENIOR FULL STACK ENGINEER (Java, SpringBoot, Angular, Oracle, REST APIs)
Location: Galway, Ireland
Position Type: 12-month contract with potential for extension
Work model: hybrid (3 weeks remote, 1 week in the office)
You will work with the existing development teams to enhance and maintain current applications and develop new ones and maintain CI/CD pipelines as well as develop same for new projects.
This role, although full-stack, is more backend-oriented (Java) and a more minor part of the work is UI (Angular) development.
Key requirements:
- server-side development, heavily preferred in Java (more recent versions preferred 17-21) - 75% of the work - MUST
- UI development expertise with Angular - 25% of the work - MUST
- Oracle PL/SQL experience
- hands-on experience with AWS is an advantage
- Kafka and Kubernetes are a nice to have
- some experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines - Jenkins is desirable
- experience in the financial domain is a plus
