Technical Skills:
- ServiceNow experience and knowledge of its architecture is a must
- Previous implementation experience is crucial, with experience in end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather Requirements: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Lead ServiceNow Projects: Oversee the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including IT service management and security operations.
- Hands-On Work: Configure and script using ServiceNow tools to customize solutions.
- Manage Instances: Set up ServiceNow environments and manage the necessary installations.
- Integrate Systems: Create connections between ServiceNow and other external systems using various protocols.
- Develop Security Workflows: Create and manage security processes and access controls.
- Ensure Data Accuracy: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Stay Updated: Keep track of new ServiceNow releases and plan for upgrades.
- Mentor Teams: Guide development teams to follow best practices and coding standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8–10 years working with ServiceNow, including various modules like IT Service Management and IT Operations Management.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead technical projects and teams.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow tools.
- CMDB Knowledge: Understanding of how to design and manage a CMDB.
- Security Awareness: Familiarity with security operations and incident responses.
- Certifications: ServiceNow certifications (like CSA or CIS) are a plus.
- Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management.
- ITIL Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL frameworks and enterprise operations.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively.
- Language Skills: English and Cantonese.
