We are supporting a leading private bank in Zurich that is looking for multiple SAP BW/4HANA Consultants to contribute to a multi-year transformation program focused on redesigning the finance system landscape.

In this position, you will support the implementation of specific work packages within the SAP BW/4HANA framework, analyzing existing data and reporting flows, and assisting in the development of the Financial Data Store (FDS) and Management Information System (MIS). You will work within a collaborative team in the CFO business unit to improve efficiency, consistency, and reporting quality across the organization.

To be successful, you should bring at least 2 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA development, proficiency in modelling BW objects, creating SAP HANA calculation views, and designing ABAP CDS views. Experience in banking or wealth management, as well as familiarity with SAP FSDM or SAP PaPM, will be considered an advantage.

This is a long-term contract role (24–36 months), starting in January 2026, based in Zurich-Altstetten. The setup is hybrid, with 3 days per week on-site and 2 days remote.

Fluency in English is required, while German will be considered an advantage.

In this long-term engagement, the focus is on delivering robust data and reporting solutions that support the CFO organisation, while driving increased flexibility and analytical capabilities.

In this role, you will contribute to the Financial Data Store (FDS) and Management Information System (MIS) frameworks. Responsibilities include modelling BW/4HANA objects, developing ABAP Managed Database Procedures and table functions, and creating SAP HANA calculation views. A leading financial services company is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their Regulatory Reporting IT team. The role focuses on delivering IT solutions for Capital Pillar 1 and Credential Reporting within the regulatory reporting function.

The role requires a specific blend of technical proficiency and domain expertise.  Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience within the regulatory reporting function, particularly in relation to Capital Pillar 1, along with strong SQL capabilities and a solid understanding of database design.

Key Requirements

Essential Technical Skills

• Proficient in SQL, including writing complex queries and performing data analysis
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design
• Ability to collaborate with developers and architects to define and deliver technical solutions

Domain Experience

• Direct experience in UK/EU Pillar 1 Prudential Regulatory Reporting (e.g. COREP Own Funds, Leverage Ratio, Large Exposures, FRTB, Bank of England Statistical Reporting)
• Familiarity with trading book asset classes such as interest rate derivatives, SFTs, bonds, credit derivatives, and equities

• Own P&L for the client and be responsible for the internal management reporting on a monthly basis

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field from a reputable university, (Master's degree advantageous) with relevent accountancy qualifications, CPA, CMA, etc. 
• Minimum 10 years financial, commercial or accounting experience with time in a commercial finance team, ideally with experience of the retail sector.
• Capable of blending strategic vision with grounded pragmatism.
• Experienced in working in complex environments, with a proven ability to balance the analytical discipline of finance with the emotional intelligence needed to influence, challenge, and partner across teams. 
• Team management & lateral cross functional collaboration experience
• Knowledge of cross border billing/taxation arrangements would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English with Cantonese and Mandarin an added advantage.
