Our client, a leading regional bank based in the financial services industry, is looking for an expert that will support their ICT Team regarding topics such as Cloud & Workplace services.
As a Service Manager, you will provide key expertise in the domain of cloud infrastructure, digital workplace environments, and service innovation.
Setting: As part of the ICT team, you will focus on delivering secure, stable, and innovative solutions aligned with strategic goals in the financial sector. Your work will span from operations and reporting to continuous development and stakeholder engagement.
Focus:
- Technical responsibility for services including Workplace, Microsoft Office, Intranet, Identity Management, and more
- Managing incident and problem resolution, innovation, and change processes
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders and ensuring strategic alignment
- Acting as a deputy within the department when needed
Background: To be successful in this role, prior experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, IT service management, and preferably a background in finance or IT consultancy will be key.
Duration: This is a fulltime role with Workload: 80% – 100%.
