We are looking for a skilled UX/UI Developer / Senior who has experience designing and building interfaces for trading applications. The right person will understand how traders work and what they need, and can turn those needs into simple, effective designs. You will work closely with traders, product managers, and engineers to create user-friendly solutions that help traders make quick decisions in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Trader-Centric Design
- Work directly with traders to see how they work and find out their needs.
- Quickly create and test UI/UX designs that make trading easier and faster.
- Turn complex trading ideas into easy-to-use interfaces.
UI Development & Implementation
- Build responsive and high-quality interfaces using modern frameworks like frotnend, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Make sure UI components work well with real-time data (like charts and order books).
- Work with backend engineers to connect APIs and data feeds to the front-end
UX Research & Testing
- Run testing sessions with traders to check designs and gather feedback.
- Analyze data and trader behavior to improve interfaces.
- Promote best practices in UX while considering technical needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 3+ years of UX/UI development experience, especially in trading applications (like stocks, forex, or crypto).
- Proven ability to work directly with traders to meet their needs.
- Portfolio showing examples of trading interfaces (like dashboards and order tickets).
Technical Skills
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React preferred).
- Experience with real-time data visualization tools (like D3.js or Highcharts).
- Knowledge of techniques for low-latency UI performance.
Domain Knowledge
- Good understanding of trading processes (like order management and market analysis).
- Familiarity with financial markets and trading terminology.
Soft Skills
- Quick problem-solver who can identify trader issues and offer solutions.
- Strong communication skills to connect with both traders and engineering teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on usability and performance.
