We are seeking an experienced German-speaking Business Process Analyst (Finance and Controlling) for our client, a global leader in reciprocating compressor systems.

The position is permanent, and fluency in German is a mandatory requirement.

As a Business Process Analyst (Finance/Controlling), your responsibilities will include identifying, recommending, and implementing process enhancements to improve operational efficiency. You will also coordinate with various departments to maintain and streamline business processes while ensuring quality. Additionally, you'll develop and optimize workflows in compliance with legal and corporate standards, manage process documentation and training materials, and collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements. Furthermore, you'll develop and execute training content for new processes and ERP system usage.

This role requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Controlling, or related fields, along with over 5 years of proven experience in business process analysis within Finance/Controlling. Operational leadership experience in Finance/Controlling is advantageous, as is experience in ERP implementation programs. Strong proficiency in process documentation, standardization, and globalization is preferred.
