We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Team Leader (Material Planning) for our client, a renowned company in the aerospace industry.

The role is permanent.

Fluent German language proficiency is a mandatory requirement.

As a Team Leader (Material Planning), you'll lead a team of 10 employees, managing projects in a specialized field. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely spare parts supply to customers, service centers, and subsidiaries, planning spare parts disposition, monitoring delivery schedules, calculating prices, managing the exchange pool, overseeing repair capabilities, and conducting price negotiations for after-market topics like modification campaigns and repair prices.

If you have completed further training in business administration, along with several years of aviation experience in spare parts planning, scheduling, and repair within a global company (aviation background advantageous), as well as proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications. - you can have the opportunity to work on unique projects in a committed, international team.

The position is permanent, and fluency in German is a mandatory requirement.

As a Business Process Analyst (HR), you will lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency by identifying, recommending, developing, and implementing HR process improvements. You'll collaborate with relevant departments to ensure continuous process maintenance, review, simplification, and quality assurance. This opportunity requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, HR, or related fields, along with over 5 years of proven experience in business process analysis within the HR domain, operational leadership experience in HR is advantageous, experience in ERP implementation programs, preferably in a leading role, is desirable. Strong expertise in process documentation, standardization, globalization, and rollout across organizations is essential.
