Areas You’ll Focus On:
- Finance & Procurement digital transformation
- Business development & lead generation
- Relationship building & stakeholder management
- Solution scoping with SMEs and consultants
- CRM pipeline management & reporting
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and engage potential clients through your network, events, and targeted marketing efforts
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape tailored transformation solutions for Finance and Procurement
- Lead and coordinate RFP processes, ensuring proposals reflect client goals and priorities
- Act as the main point of contact for prospects, ensuring access to the right expertise throughout the sales cycle
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in business development, consulting, or sales - specifically in Finance transformation (ERP platforms like SAP/Oracle/Workday are a plus)
- Deep Finance expertise - You understand process optimization and can speak fluently about digital solutions
- Collaborative mindset - You’ll partner with marketing to drive campaigns, events, and thought leadership.
- Executive presence - Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Entrepreneurial drive - A self-starter who thrives on innovation, with a genuine passion for digital transformation
- Established network - Connections with Finance leaders in banking/financial services
