Requirements

  • At least 15 years of leadership experience.

  • Experience managing an organisation with more than 300 employees across multiple countries.
  • Proven responsibility for P&L, revenue growth, profitability and business performance.
  • Experience leading and developing a senior executive team.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS or recurring-revenue business models.
  • Proven experience scaling a regional business across Southeast Asia.
  • Strong commercial, financial, operational and organisational leadership capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance or a related discipline.
