We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth working environment for our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in hospitality, and we are open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities

MAINLY to look after the team and their needs such as;

Manage office administration tasks, including food and beverage services.

Oversee inventory management and stock levels of office supplies.

Communicate effectively with vendors, primarily in Cantonese (majority) / English.

Foster a positive and engaging office environment.

Maintain organized records of supplies and inventory.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Experience: Previous experience in office administration or hospitality is a plus; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Language Proficiency:

Must be fluent in Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
