Our team now has a new Product Owner position where you can take on responsibility and contribute directly to innovative solutions in laboratory automation. We are looking for a candidate for our client which is coming from a manufacturing industry. 

Tasks

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for instrument driver integrations across multiple CDS platforms
  • Coordinate product planning and execution with distributed development teams in Europe and North America
  • Define clear requirements and acceptance criteria for internal driver implementations
  • Support instrument vendors and customers in developing and integrating drivers
  • Ensure interoperability, validation, and regulatory compliance of internal and external drivers
  • Collaborate closely with development, product management, regulatory teams, and external partners

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry/Analytical Sciences, or comparable experience
  • Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar role in a laboratory or analytical environment
  • Good knowledge of chromatography systems (HPLC, UHPLC, GC) and analytical instrumentation
  • Ability to understand and discuss driver‑level software code
  • Experience with CDS platforms (e.g. Empower, Chromeleon, OpenLab, LabSolutions) is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (ISO 13485, EU Cyber Resilience Act, EU Data Act)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers and external vendors
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
  • Willingness to collaborate internationally and travel occasionally
