Learning Designer

This is an opportunity to step into a role where creativity meets impact, and where your expertise in instructional design will directly influence how thousands of learners grow every day.
In this role, you will be building engaging digital, virtual, and face‑to‑face learning experiences from the ground up, transforming raw materials like PPTs, documents and SME input into high‑quality, scalable learning journeys. You’ll work within platforms such as 360Learning and SuccessFactors, engineering modular experiences that are not only pedagogically sound, but beautifully structured and intuitive for learners.
You’ll collaborate with SMEs and academy leads to shape learning journeys end to end, often working independently while having full ownership of the creative process. Rapid prototyping, iterating based on learner data, and optimising content quality across academies will all be part of your everyday work.
You’ll also partner closely with a learning technologist, ensuring that platform functionality supports the learning vision.
To thrive here, you should bring a strong background in instructional and learning experience design, hands‑on experience creating content at scale, and a solid understanding of adult learning theory. You’re someone who feels comfortable working with imperfect source material, managing multiple stakeholders under tight timelines, and designing for collaborative or cohort‑based learning models. Strong visual and written design sensibility will make your work stand out, and familiarity with authoring tools, especially 360Learning, will be a major advantage.
If this sounds like the type of challenge you’re excited about, I’d be thrilled to share more details with you.
