Our client, a leading organisation in the banking and financial services sector, is looking for an expert to support them in the area of regulatory reporting and core banking system integration.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will provide expertise in the integration of a new Core Banking System (CBS) with regulatory reporting platforms, ensuring compliance with Swiss National Bank (SNB) statistical, capital adequacy, and liquidity reporting requirements.
Setting:
As part of a high-impact transformation programme, you will focus on defining data flows, shaping system interfaces, validating end-to-end processes, and ensuring that both current and future-state systems meet stringent regulatory demands. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors.
Focus:
- CBS-to-regulatory system integration
- SNB reporting (statistical, liquidity, capital adequacy)
- Business analysis across front-to-back processes
- Data flow definition and interface validation
- Support of major technology and regulatory transformation initiatives
Background:
To succeed in this role, you should bring prior experience in:
- Banking products (e.g., securities, derivatives)
- Understanding of how products impact RWAs, funding classifications, and collateral
- Core banking migrations or replacements (Temenos, Avaloq, Finacle, etc.)
- Regulatory reporting architectures (OneSumX, AxiomSL, RegOne, or similar)
- Hands-on system integration projects
- Data modelling (nice-to-have)
Duration: This is an initial 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
