An established global technology company is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support its APAC logistics and IT asset operations.
THIS IS A 1 - YEAR CONTRACT BASED IN SINGAPORE with potential conversion to full-time or extension depending on performance and business needs. The role will be working onsite five days per week in the CBD due to the nature of the role
Responsibilities
- Track APAC fulfilment requests from order placement through delivery.
- Monitor open orders, backorders and service-level breaches, escalating risks when required.
- Coordinate returns, collections and reverse-logistics activities with regional teams and service providers.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability and replenishment requirements.
- Coordinate cycle counts, investigate inventory variances and follow up on corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate asset records, inventory locations and site stock structures.
- Support new offices, logistics hubs, stocking locations and data-centre deployments.
- Monitor the performance of courier and third-party logistics providers.
- Review vendor and carrier invoices, investigate discrepancies and ensure timely processing.
- Maintain shipping, customs and importation documents for cross-border movements.
- Build operational dashboards, reports and vendor scorecards.
- Identify process improvements, update SOPs and support regional system changes.
- Use advanced Excel and AI tools to reduce manual work and improve data analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or equivalent practical experience.
- At least three years of experience in logistics or a warehouse environment.
- Hands-on experience in asset management and inventory control.
- Experience improving supply-chain processes to meet customer service levels.
- Experience with cross-border shipping, customs and importation documentation across APAC.
- Strong data-analysis and dashboard-reporting capabilities.
- Experience using AI to improve processes or analyze operational data.
- Experience managing or working closely with courier and third-party logistics providers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of taking initiative.
- Experience distributing or managing IT equipment would be highly advantageous.
- Experience mentoring or leading junior team members would be beneficial.
