We're partnering with a global technology organization that supports users across multiple markets and places a strong focus on data privacy, compliance, and customer trust.
What you'll do:
- Handle privacy-related inquiries and requests from Korean-speaking users
- Ensure accurate processing of sensitive information and records
- Support investigations, audits, and compliance-related activities
- Track inquiry trends and prepare reports for stakeholders
- Assist with privacy incident reporting and escalation processes when required
What we're looking for:
- Native-level Korean and professional English communication skills
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, compliance, privacy operations, or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Comfortable using office applications and learning new internal systems
- Available to work Korean business hours (KST)
Nice to have:
- Experience in privacy, data protection, or regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of data subject rights and privacy regulations
- Exposure to global technology environments
- Familiarity with PIPA or other data protection frameworks
This is a 12 month contract role based in Singapore.
