We are currently supporting one of our key financial‑sector clients in Luxemburg in finding an experienced Domain / Hub Architect to join their organisation.
This is a role where you step into the heart of strategic architecture work, shaping the vision, guiding technology direction, and ensuring that what gets built truly serves the long‑term business goals.
In this position, you’ll work closely with product management and key stakeholders to translate business vision into real, future‑proof target architectures. You’ll take ownership of architectural alignment in delivery, review and approve solution blueprints, and act as a guardian of enterprise architecture standards, ensuring sustainability, transparency, and the reduction of architectural debt across applications and platforms.
You will collaborate with global domain architects, system architects, shared services and enterprise architecture to define capability roadmaps and architectural runways. As part of the planning process, you’ll contribute to QBRs, high‑level objectives for upcoming PI Plannings, and help teams define features and break them down into actionable stories.
A big part of your role will also be cross‑functional collaboration: identifying risks around deviation or innovation, aligning with discipline architects across the bank, working with stakeholders and suppliers, and ensuring supplier‑delivered capabilities fit seamlessly into the overall architecture.
If you bring a BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or similar, together with proven experience as an architect in IT and/or financial services, and you have completed relevant trainings or certifications, this could be a great opportunity.
Soft skills matter here as well: excellent communication abilities, strong organizational skills, a sharp analytical mindset, and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and JIRA.
This is a one year contracting role for Luxemburg.
