Our client is looking for a Vendor Project Coordinator experienced in the entertainment / broadcasting industries.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Partner Management team in building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors through regular communication, addressing inquiries, and escalating issues as needed.

We're looking for a Technical Project Manager to support the Technical Domain Manager as the organisation expands its footprint in APAC and China. This TPM will be supporting new build deployments including network deployment, expansions, retrofits, and decommissioning.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create/maintain tasks related to the creation & installation of the site infrastructure
  • Attend weekly APAC project meetings
  • Track critical dates & report possible impacts to the project timeline
  • Monitor delivery status for equipment shipments
  • Provide technical writing/ wiki updates for various teams within the organisation

  • PMI or PMP certification preferred
  • Proficient in Mandarin language as this will be working with primarily Mandarin-speaking vendors. Minimally must be conversing with stakeholders in Mandarin.
