My client is a leading blockchain-enabled SaaS firm who are seeking a Management Accountant to join their Hong Kong business. In addition to blockchain technology, the firm also utilises AI and machine learning to assist organisations in collecting and reporting sustainability data, managing supply chain risks, and making data-driven decisions. The key responsibilities of the role are:

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Handle daily financial operations and bookkeeping
  • Support monthly and year-end financial closings
  • Preparation of Group and management reporting
  • Assists in annual audit
  • Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned

 

Requirements 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field, with Chartered Accountant or CPA certification, etc. 
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a technology or SaaS company is preferred.
  • Early career experience with one of the Big Four accounting firms will be highly advantageous. 
  • Solid NetSuite skills and experience are essential 
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and good time management
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility, well organised, able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

Team: currently client has around 70 consultants working on several key projects.

 

Background: To be successful in this role, you should bring at least 5 years of professional experience in SAP FI/CO, ideally with S/4HANA transformation projects. Knowledge of related SAP modules, SAP MDG, and SAP mass accounts receivable solutions (FICA, PSCD, FSCD) would be a plus.
