The Digital Product Manager (Mobile) leads end-to-end delivery of mobile banking capabilities, shaping product strategy, roadmap, and customer journeys. The role drives mobile-first experience design and ensures secure, compliant, and high-performance releases. Success requires strong mobile expertise, agile leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences.
We're hiring across multiple levels, from Junior to Senior.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile banking capabilities across the product lifecycle
- Shape product strategy, roadmap, and customer journeys for the mobile domain
- Drive mobile-first experience design in partnership with engineering, UX, data, and business teams
- Prioritize features and manage the backlog to balance customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Analyze user insights and data to improve app adoption, engagement, and retention
- Ensure seamless integration across channels and consistent customer experiences
- Ensure releases are secure, compliant, and meet performance standards
Required Skills
- 2–10 years of professional experience in product management (multiple openings from Junior to Senior)
- Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
- Exposure to Agile ways of working
- Comfortable using data and user insights to drive product decisions
- Strong stakeholder management across business, technology, design, and control functions
Preferred Skills
- Financial Services background preferred
