The hiring company is a Global Technology Company that is well known worldwide for their platforms and consumer products.
We are looking for a Project Support & Program Manager to support the delivery of workplace Design and Construction projects across the company's APAC property portfolio. This role will partner closely with regional stakeholders, architects, design teams, consultants, contractors and cross-functional partners to keep projects moving from early planning through to completion.
THIS IS A 1 YEAR CONTRACT POSITION SUBJECT TO EXTENSION OR CONVERSION TO FULL TIME BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEDS
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination & Execution - including provisioning for PM Tools, establishing project governance frameworks, optimizing schedules and budget estimation
- Documentation & Controls - maintain project documentation accurately, monitor schedule timelines proactively
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Program Management - be the primary POC for stakeholders including design teams, architects, 3rd Party Contractors and other internal partners
- Financial Reports & Closeout Documentation - Work with finance team to maintain cost, budgeting, forecasting
- Contracts & Legal Coordination - Work closely with Legal to drive project related contracts ensuring everything is accurate, aligns with project delivery and milestones
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in workplace design and construction for a technology/software company, with exposure to corporate real estate, office fit-out, renovation, or CAPEX project delivery.
- In-depth understanding of every aspect of the full project life cycle: Initiation, Scheduling, Design, Construction and Contract reviews.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt for various cross functional teams globally and different situational contexts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with fantastic time management.
