Talent Acquisition Partner
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support the growth of a fast-scaling, globally focused organization operating at the intersection of technology and innovation.
This role goes beyond traditional recruiting. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, shaping hiring strategies, strengthening employer branding, and helping build a high-performing, collaborative culture as the business expands internationally.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across functions such as marketing, partnerships, operations, production, and events to attract and hire top talent from diverse industries including technology, startups, and digital ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across multiple roles, functions, and regions
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring strategies
- Proactively source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates across global talent markets
- Deliver a strong candidate experience from initial outreach through to offer stage
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring needs
Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals and workforce planning needs
- Provide market insights, including talent trends and compensation benchmarks
- Act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategies and talent decisions
People Operations
- Support onboarding and employee experience initiatives across regional and remote teams
- Contribute to the development of scalable recruitment processes and internal workflows
Employer Branding
- Support initiatives to strengthen and promote the company’s employer value proposition
- Partner with internal teams to communicate culture, mission, and opportunities to the talent market
- Develop creative approaches to attract talent from competitive and niche industries
Culture & Engagement
- Contribute to building a high-performance, collaborative work environment
- Support initiatives that drive employee engagement and team development
- Ensure alignment between new hires and the organization’s values and long-term goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, either in-house or within an agency environment
- Proven experience hiring across multiple functions, ideally within technology-driven or high-growth environments
- Strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to technology, startup, or innovation-driven ecosystems
- Experience supporting regional or global hiring
