Hiring Company is a leading global tech organization hiring for a Product Marketing Manager focused campaigns to drive small & medium business advertising solutions across APAC. This role sits within a regional marketing function and plays a key part in shaping how digital advertising products are rolled out, adopted, and scaled across emerging and high-growth markets.
THIS IS A 12-MONTH PARENTAL COVER CONTRACT.
This role specifically supports the ANZ markets, partnering closely with Australia and New Zealand sales teams to shape product adoption and GTM success.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll act as the voice of the ANZ market, synthesizing advertiser feedback and partnering with global product teams to influence roadmaps and future releases.
- Shaping and executing regional plans to increase adoption of advertising solutions used by small and medium businesses.
- Translating on-the-ground feedback from sales and market teams into product insights, helping refine future features and positioning.
- Leading launch and activation efforts for priority solutions, including communication plans, internal enablement, and market guidance.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams across APAC and global teams to align strategy, messaging, and execution.
- Acting as a bridge between business needs and product intentions ensuring internal teams are enabled, informed, and inspired.
Who We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience across product marketing, product strategy, ad tech, or related roles within large, matrixed organizations with experience covering the Australia & New Zealand Market.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where structure needs to be built rather than followed.
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts for different audiences, from regional leaders to operational teams.
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape and how SMBs adopt advertising solutions (experience in e-commerce or ad platforms is a plus).
