They're hiring for a Social Media & Digital Executive to be a key member of an integrated regional team that will build and grow Asia Pacific’s digital ecosystem.
The idea candidate will have a deep social media background and understanding of the trends in the region. The key responsibility is to develop and execute social media strategies that engage target audiences to drive brand awareness with an understanding of the importance of its impact
for mid to end funnel.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Formulate and implement top-tier social media strategies across our APAC markets, aiming to amplify brand recognition, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
- Pioneering new endeavors with an informed understanding of prevailing social media trends, vigilantly observing competitor actions and industry progress in APAC markets to identify growth opportunities and enhance content strategies.
- Evaluate and present insights from social media metrics, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and utilizing findings to refine strategies for ongoing enhancement.
- Collaborate harmoniously with internal stakeholders—such as marketing, creative, digital, and eCommerce teams—to ensure synchronization of messaging and campaigns across diverse channels, bolstering both comprehensive marketing campaigns and digitally driven initiatives.
- Uphold the brand's identity as a guardian, guaranteeing all social content aligns with brand guidelines and strategy.
- Coordinate with in-country teams to oversee and assess local social content schedules, with an ability to promptly engage with and react to emerging trends.
- Construct optimal practices and tactics for leveraging social livestreaming to heighten awareness and seize conversion prospects.
- Forge a partnership with the local marketing communications lead to establish best practices for harnessing influencers within the social content ecosystem.
- This position will also encompass managing agency relationships to ensure punctual delivery of data and reports.
- Work closely with customer service to ensure positive and effective customer interactions across all our social platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ of experience in social media management and brand marketing
- Performance Driven and Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms and content creation tools is a must.
- Solid hands-on experience in social media strategy, planning and digital activation. You have a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
Good to have:
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced and dynamic environments preferred.
- Prior experience coming from the Consumer Electronics or FMCG industry with APAC experience
