Responsibilities
- Own APAC sales (incl. Japan & Korea), focusing on real sell‑out results
- Set distributor/dealer targets and track performance via CRM
- Launch new products, promos, store and online campaigns
- Coordinate with marketing, influencers, and channel teams
- Run partner planning, pricing, forecast reviews and joint business initiatives
- Travel across APAC and drive trainings/events with local teams
Requirements
- 8+ years in audio or retail sales across Asia (pro‑audio experience is a plus)
- Track record of over‑achieving sales goals
- Experience building omni‑channel strategies (offline + e‑commerce)
- Hands‑on with CRM tools and campaign execution
- Comfortable working in a matrix org and multi‑stakeholder environment
