THIS IS A 6-MONTH MATERNITY COVER CONTRACT
They are looking for a talented APAC Advertising Solutions Manager with a Paid Media/ Performance Marketing background (Google Ads, Tiktok Ads OR Meta Ads) to consult on planning, implementing, and optimizing advertising campaign spending for the world’s top tier FMCG commerce clients.
You will act as a trusted advisor to global and regional clients, driving adoption of advertising solutions that deliver measurable business results. The role combines strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and execution across markets in the Asia-Pacific region. You’ll work closely with marketing science, product, and creative teams to implement business plans, develop roadmaps, and ensure best-in-class service delivery across a focused portfolio of clients and their agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional account planning and execution across key clients and agencies, with a focus on solution adoption, performance optimization, and partnership growth.
- Translate business data and insights into clear, actionable strategies for clients and internal teams.
- Drive alignment between global and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of product and campaign initiatives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across local markets, ensuring alignment on tools, best practices, and measurement frameworks.
- Manage relationships with senior client and agency partners, enabling capability development and operational excellence.
- Support campaign performance reviews, and product-related inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, product, and creative partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Occasional regional travel may be required.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in major Paid Media either Tiktok, Meta or other Advertising Solutions in a client solutions, account management capacity ideally managing enterprise-level or global accounts.
- Proven ability to take campaign initiatives from concept to execution with measurable outcomes.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging senior decision-makers.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
- Experienced in digital media strategy, campaign optimization, or marketing technology platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
- Experience working with large consumer or global brands is advantageous.
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, or campaign management systems.
- Familiarity with APAC markets and multi-market coordination.
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools a plus.
