We are hiring a Marketing Analytics & Operations Manager to join a Global B2B marketing organization at the intersection of marketing analytics, operational excellence, and cross-functional project leadership. You will own marketing data infrastructure, measurement reporting, dashboarding, and strategic analysis, while also leading complex initiatives that improve go-to-market (GTM) execution and operational scalability.
THIS IS A 1 YEAR CONTRACT ROLE SUBJECT TO CONVERSION TO FULL TIME OR EXTENSION DEPENDING ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEDS.
Data & Analytics
- Extract, clean, and integrate data from marketing and sales systems (e.g., marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, internal databases) using SQL and related tools
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and marketing performance, enabling self-serve reporting for stakeholders
- Conduct deep-dive and ad-hoc analyses to uncover trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations
- Form hypotheses and synthesize insights from both quantitative and qualitative data sources
- Manage quarterly measurement operations and optimize reporting processes
- Present monthly and quarterly performance updates, translating complex data into clear business narratives for senior stakeholders
Operational Excellence & Project Leadership
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from scoping through execution and delivery
- Define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics
- Manage multiple workstreams across regional marketing, product, and data teams
- Identify root causes of operational bottlenecks and implement structured solutions
- Support external B2B GTM initiatives such as webinars and in-person events
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve competing priorities
AI & Innovation
- Initiate and lead testing modules for marketing-related AI tools
- Support the development and operationalization of AI-enabled GTM infrastructure
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to experiment, test, and scale new capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related function within B2B SaaS, ad tech, e-commerce, or web technology environments
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Google Scripts, Advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and Looker/Looker Studio
- Strong experience building dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
- Proven track record of handling complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities
- Experience working within marketing organizations, ideally in B2B environments
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools in a marketing context
- Knowledge of digital advertising, performance marketing, or e-commerce ecosystems
- Experience supporting enterprise-level clients
