We’re working with a Global Technology Company that builds advertising solutions for mobile apps and digital publishers. They’re looking for a Publisher Partnerships Manager (Mobile Ads) to grow partnerships across the APAC region, particularly within the mobile app ecosystem.
This role is a mix of sales, strategy, and relationship management, owning the full cycle from outreach to onboarding and long-term growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identify and engage mid to large mobile app publishers across the region
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, negotiation, closing, and onboarding
- Build and grow strategic partnerships, driving revenue and product adoption
- Act as a trusted advisor to partners on monetization and go-to-market strategies
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, solutions) to deliver results
- Lead regular business reviews and provide insights on performance and growth
- Represent the company at industry events and strengthen market presence
- Share market feedback to help shape product direction
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in mobile advertising, ad tech, or app monetization
- Background in sales, partnerships, or business development
- Strong understanding of the mobile app and digital advertising space
- Comfortable working with cross-functional and regional teams
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese (client-facing role)
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
