We are looking for a Python Developer focused on model development, with a strong emphasis on quantitative modeling. This role is suitable for candidates at the AVP or VP level who possess strong Python skills and are eager to contribute to the automation of model development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and automate processes for model development and deployment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree / PhD in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5-10 years+ of experience in automation development, with a focus on model development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant automation tools.
  • Solid coding skills, with an emphasis on producing robust and maintainable code.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.
  • A strong background in quantitative modeling is a big plus.

Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Controller to assist them in several topics, one of them being a key one which is end of year closing.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, monitoring and analysing financial performance, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making.

 

You will work closely with operational and commercial teams as a business partner, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and group policies. A key part of the role is overseeing the use of SAP Ariba in procurement and finance processes, ensuring best practices and alignment with company standards.
