Our client is a leading global digital platform seeking an Account Manager with a strong background in media or digital marketing to manage advertisers across Indonesia and emerging South Asian markets.
This is a 11-Month Contract Position covering the Indonesia Market mainly. Candidate must be fluent in Bahasa Malay or Indonesian.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of advertisers across Indonesia and emerging markets, driving campaign performance, revenue growth, and platform engagement.
- Advise clients on media strategy, campaign optimization, measurement, and best practices for achieving business goals.
- Identify opportunities to enhance clients’ marketing effectiveness through data-driven insights and platform solutions.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor for their digital marketing strategies.
- Track campaign performance, resolve issues proactively, and surface actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in account management, performance marketing, or digital media ideally from an agency or tech-driven environment.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English required.
- Hands-on experience with major social or performance advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Google, or similar).
- Strong analytical and consultative skills with the ability to translate insights into business impact.
- Comfortable operating across diverse markets and dynamic, cross-cultural teams.
