The hiring client is a Global Technology Company with one of the biggest Advertising platforms in the world. They're looking for a Program Manager roll out initiatives for testing and adoption of new features in their advertising products.
THIS ROLE IS BASED IN SINGAPORE AND WILL MAINLY WORK WITH THAI OR VIETNAM BASED ADVERTISERS, HENCE EITHER THAI OR VIETNAMESE LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY IS REQUIRED.
THIS IS A CONTRACT ROLE THAT IS SUBJECT TO EXTENSION OR CONVERSION TO FULL TIME BASED ON BUSINESS NEEDS.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage programs to testing new product features for advertising platforms including AB, and general availability launches.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data, and marketing to deliver testing programs.
- Recruit and work directly with advertisers to participate in product tests and pilots.
- Guide advertisers through new ad features and collect structured feedback on performance, usability, and issues.
- Identify bugs, feature gaps, and product challenges, and escalate them to appropriate teams.
- Analyse feedback to generate insights that inform product improvements.
- Support process improvements to increase the efficiency and quality of product testing programs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in program management/ tech product operations with an understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g. Tiktok, Google, Meta Ads or similar).
- Experience managing multiple projects or programs simultaneously.
- Experience with A/B testing or product experimentation or product management.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- MUST have Fluency in Thai or Vietnamese (spoken and written) as well as market exposure.
