THIS IS A 1 YEAR CONTRACT ROLE SUBJECT TO EXTENSION/CONVERSION TO FULL TIME BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEDS.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Researcher to support hiring across multiple functions by identifying, engaging, and assessing high-quality talent. Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, this role focuses on building strong pipelines, delivering a positive candidate experience, and supporting inclusive hiring decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Research & Sourcing:
- Own sourcing strategies across multiple roles using LinkedIn and alternative research methods to build healthy, diverse pipelines. Provide market insights and talent mapping to support hiring decisions.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Engage candidates proactively, communicate role value clearly, and ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Screening & Evaluation:
- Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, motivations, and role fit, while aligning candidates to team needs and company values.
- Stakeholder Partnership:
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, advising on talent availability, market trends, and sourcing strategies for niche and high-volume roles.
- Execution & Prioritisation:
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent research and sourcing, ideally across tech, finance, operations in the Philippines and APAC
- Background across agency/RPO and in-house environments with big tech firms is preferred
- Self-driven, comfortable working autonomously with competing priorities
- Curious and data-informed, with strong market research skills
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player
