The client is a Global Technology Giant looking for a Client Solutions Manager from an Ad Agency Background to manage their Philippines Agency Partners' usage of their world renowned advertising solutions.
This is a 12-Month Contract Position subject to extension/conversion to full time based on business needs and your performance.
THIS ROLE DOES NOT REQUIRE TAGALOG FLUENCY BUT THE LANGUAGE SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CLIENT IN THE PHILIPPINES MARKET IS GOOD TO HAVE
Responsibilities
- Consult Media Agency partners on media planning, strategy, optimization and measurement.
- Identify, create and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners.
- Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
- Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to customers to identify opportunities for growth within the advertising platform
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a marketing field preferred
- 5+ years’ experience working in media agency and in performance marketing across Social Channels
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in Tagalog, Thai or other SEA Languages are good to have.
- Experience with multiple social advertising platforms like Twitter, Tiktok, Facebook, Google advertising and good to have others like Naveretc.
- Ability to manage and analyze campaign performance to recommend optimized solutions specific to each clients’ goals, metrics, and objectives
