Business Development Representative (B2B Cloud Software)
We're working with a leading enterprise software company that powers digital experiences for some of the world’s most well-known brands. As part of their growing sales team in Singapore, we're hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to support outreach and pipeline generation for their B2B marketing and customer experience solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales development professional who thrives in outbound prospecting and is eager to break into enterprise SaaS sales. You’ll be helping mid-to-large businesses across APAC understand how cloud-based marketing, analytics, and content solutions can transform their digital customer journeys
THIS IS A 1 YEAR CONTRACT ROLE SUBJECT TO EXTENSION/CONVERSION TO FULL TIME BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEDS
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospect and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social channels
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Research key accounts and develop tailored outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activity, and progress in the CRM system
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to align on messaging and campaigns
- Stay current on industry trends and product updates to effectively communicate value to prospects
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role (preferably in tech or SaaS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude and a hunger to succeed
- Resilient, coachable, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
- Prior experience in cold calling or outbound sales preferred
