- Build and manage strategic relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor across advertising, media, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Drive business growth by identifying client objectives, uncovering commercial opportunities, and delivering tailored media and advertising solutions.
- Lead end-to-end client engagement activities, including account strategy, proposal development, campaign planning, execution oversight, and performance optimisation.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including creative, product, analytics, marketing, and client solutions teams to deliver integrated client outcomes.
- Develop strategic recommendations and data-driven insights to help clients improve campaign effectiveness, audience engagement, and overall marketing performance.
- Conduct business reviews and present campaign results, market trends, and strategic opportunities to senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
- Support new business initiatives, revenue expansion opportunities, and long-term account growth strategies across assigned enterprise accounts.
- Gather market intelligence and client feedback to contribute to product enhancements, go-to-market initiatives, and commercial strategy development.
- Navigate complex client organisations and build relationships across multiple stakeholder groups including marketing, media, digital, and executive teams.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, strategic consultation, and strong delivery management.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, digital advertising, media partnerships, account management, or client-facing commercial roles.
- Proven track record managing and growing large-scale enterprise client relationships within digital media, advertising, or technology-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including media solutions, ad technology, programmatic advertising, and performance marketing.
- Experience developing strategic client solutions and delivering consultative, value-driven sales engagements.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders and C-suite executives.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively across matrixed, cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and market data to inform recommendations.
- Experience working with enterprise clients in the technology, digital, or consumer sectors is advantageous.
- Familiarity with APAC market dynamics and regional advertising trends is preferred.
