A global technology firm is seeking an experienced Policy Project Manager to join its partner support team. This team provides world-class operational support to high profile partners who use the platform. The role focuses on policy and civic workflows, ensuring the integrity of operations and delivering exceptional partner experiences.
THIS IS AN 11 MONTH CONTRACT ROLE SUBJECT TO CONVERSION OR EXTENSION BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEDS
The successful candidate will split their time between managing complex projects and handling escalations, with a direct impact on high-priority partners across APAC and globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute projects to improve policy workflows, operational processes, and partner support quality.
- Act as subject matter expert for policy and civic operations, representing APAC in global initiatives and high-risk events (e.g. elections, major entertainment/sporting events).
- Investigate and resolve sensitive escalations, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Monitor queue health, manage policy-related support tickets, and perform quality assurance on vendor output.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with policy, legal, engineering, partnerships, product, and operations teams to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Surface policy gaps, propose improvements, and influence changes through data and insights.
- Provide reporting on data trends and operational performance, supporting leadership and vendor teams.
- Engage with external trusted partners when required through structured communications.
Qualifications
Must-have:
- 5+ years’ experience in project/program management, policy operations, or civic/government environments.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, global organizations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and enforce policies.
- Experience handling escalations and working with senior internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good to have:
- Exposure to government, civic, or regulatory environments.
- Experience in media, technology, or policy-related operations.
- Familiarity with SQL or data reporting tools.
- Previous client or partner-facing support experience.
