Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define project scope, and establish measurable outcomes.
- Elicit, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements that are clear, complete, and testable.
- Evaluate existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical, value-driven solutions.
- Lead workshops and facilitate discussions between business and technology teams to align on objectives and requirements.
- Contribute to Agile delivery by managing and refining product backlogs while supporting sprint planning and execution.
- Assess the impact of organisational change and help drive business readiness for new initiatives.
- Support system and user acceptance testing, ensuring solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and assist with knowledge transfer to enable successful implementation.
About You
- 5–10 years of Business Analysis experience, ideally within the financial services sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across both business and technical audiences.
- Experience working on digital transformation or enterprise change initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with data analysis or SQL is advantageous.
Location & Requirements
- Based onsite in Hong Kong.
- Professional fluency in English is essential.
- Cantonese and Mandarin language skills are highly desirable.
