- Lead end-to-end delivery of compliance and regulatory transformation initiatives across Banking & Financial Services clients
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring alignment with regulatory priorities and business objectives
- Work closely with client stakeholders across compliance, risk, legal, and operations functions
- Translate regulatory requirements into structured programs, operating models, and implementation plans
- Drive implementation of compliance change initiatives (e.g., regulatory remediation, control enhancements, policy and process transformation)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across business and support functions
- Establish and manage project governance frameworks, including risk, issue, and dependency management
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit expectations
- Support stakeholder alignment and drive change adoption across impacted teams
- Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and key decisions
- Identify opportunities to enhance compliance efficiency and support broader transformation efforts
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably within consulting or financial services
- Proven experience delivering compliance, regulatory, or risk transformation programs in Banking & Financial Services
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g., AML/KYC, regulatory reporting, conduct risk, financial crime, or prudential regulations)
- Experience working with compliance, risk, and control functions within financial institutions
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, including senior and executive leadership
- Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale change initiatives
- Familiarity with structured delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
